so my question is - how long i can leave emulsion with stencil on the mesh ? for example i want to print 10 shirts now and 10 with the same design after month. can i do that or i need to wash frame immediately after i print?

You can basically keep it as long as you want to. The stencil will not break down on it's own. I've used screens that have set in my garage for over 2 years, and they printed fine, and I'm guessing they would be fine for a lot longer than that.
