Default problem: the dye didn't distribute properly

hi I'm new here, and still newbie with t-shirt printing (silk screen)..

I use 12x16 120 TPI, expose my mesh under 500 W halogen lamp at 12 inch for 5 min, and fit it together with a couple of clamps.. and I want to start

but the problem is, after I print on the shirt (I didn't use ink flood technique), it's hard to pull back my frame/block (or whatever you call) because my mesh is stick too hard together with the shirt.. so I pull back it slowly..

because of that, the dye is not distributed properly and it didn't get a 'flat' surface.. I thought it was my fault because I didn't print firmly, but the same problem will occur after my next printing..

can someone help me regarding this problem? I much appreciate it.. thank you..

It is the job of the mesh to pull itself out of the ink film. You will always need some off-contact distance.

If you have low tension mesh, you have to raise the off-contact or raise the mesh tension.

When you raise the off-contact distance, you use the squeegee as a mesh tensioning device.

Tight screens, low off-contact and stiff blades make the best prints.
