Default a little help please

hi everyone, i have screen printed before at college but that was mainly onto paper so i do have a understanding of the process. i am wanting to start printing from home, onto shirts and still be able to carry on printing onto paper. i would like some help in knowing where i should be starting, what i should be starting to buy? do i need to go all out and buy a big press? am i gonna need different screens for paper and shirts? what inks are good? i bascially have nothing at home so am starting off from scratch. its asking alot but any advice would help.

Flatwork uses different ink, higher mesh counts and can take higher detail print jobs. With textiles you have to consider the coarseness of the fabric and multicolor jobs are printed all at once, wet on wet, instead of wet on dry.

I recommend How to Print T-Shirts for Fun and Profit! by Scott Fresener
