Default Rubberize waterbase?

I came across a factory using "rubberize waterbase". I have never heard of this before and I looked online for it and can't find it. So, has anyone heard of this before and can tell me the properties and whatnot of it. The request was for them to use waterbase and I get the print back looking like they used plastisol, but they tell me it's not plastisol but "rubberize waterbase". Can someone help me out...please
