Default Can you print Halftones with Foil instead of Ink?

I have a halftone design that is 55 LPI, and was wondering if I'd be able to print if with foil intead of ink? Will the dots at 55 LPI be too small for the foil to adhere to? Thanks.

to tell you the truth, i would try one - can't hurt. just put in the foil adhesive or else just straight plastisol and see what the foil sticks to - i have had some great outcomes by experimenting. and if you like it it would be very different. i just did a bunch of foil and the store loved it because it was local to his area and set apart from other stuff in the store.
