Default Permanent ink for drawing on plastisol?

I recently did some shirts for a client that involved screen printing a blank white strip for the client to write their own name on with a marker/pen. I was curious if there is a specific ink my client can use to draw on the plastisol that will stay on permanently. Could they just use permanent sharpie marker?I know a fabric pen will work for the t-shirt fabric itself, but what about on the printed part?

Thanks much!

I would like to know as well, so I am posting in.

Alex, do you have an extra shirt and sharpie to see how it does?

Without knowing the answer to your particular question, doesn't it always seem like a Sharpie can do anything? I think of those things as invincible. This of course, isn't a post in response to your question, just me sharing my love of Sharpies. I would very much like to know the actual answer to this as I could see great applications for this.

Have a nice night. Oh, I see this is your second post, in that case: Welcome to the forum.
