Ink Bleeding Image Looks Fuzzy on Manual Press
I just recently started screen printing and I am using a 6 Color 1 Station Manual Press. We are trying to print a t shirt with red and blue lettering on a white background. The white goes on fine, the red goes on fine but for some reason EVERY time we print the blue it bleeds through and the image looks fuzzy. Any ideas? We have tried re-burining the screens, but it didn't help. Any thoughts? Could the ink be too thin? That's the only thing we can think of?

Re: Ink Bleeding Image Looks Fuzzy on Manual Press Use a higher mesh count for the red and the blue. That will lay down less ink and should prevent bleeding. Be careful with your flood stroke, don't overdo it.

Re: Ink Bleeding Image Looks Fuzzy on Manual Press yeah, 110 is really too low. Try 230-280 for your top colors.
Also, is your ink modified in any way?
