I'm not familiar with the particular emulsion but here are a few pointers....
Diazo based emulsions....
- Only last 4-6 weeks when sensitized with diazo
- are easier to washout than non-diazo photopolymers
- can be more forgiving to expose with lower grade exposure units
Pre-Sensitized Photopolymers...
- Last up to 1 year in the bucket
- coated screens can last up to 1 month before exposure
- usually better resolution for fine lines and halftones
- more difficult to washout the image....get a pressure washer.

As far as the ink goes.....I have never heard anything good about International Coatings brand. You might want to do a search of the boards before you invest in a full kit. They might be ok....but I've never printed with them.
