Default Trouble with fine detail

I am printing an image with very fine detail and when i print it some of the fine lines get blured together. Im using a 230 mesh screen, black plastisol ink on a white shirt, and my off contact is a little more than 1/8 of an inch. I was thinking eather lowering the off contact or going back and adjusting my art work.

If you burned your screen properly, then it means your fine lines are to close toguether in your original artwork, try to separate them a little bit, or try a fine chokeback for this lines if they allow you to do that, also try with a 305 mesh with a good tension this will help you with the ink gain on the shirt as you will be depositing less ink, and less off contact and squeegee pressure because of the high tension on the mesh.

It sounds like a bleeding issue. I would lower off contact and be more gentle (yet still effective) with the squeegee.
