I don't think he means the actual
screens, but i could be wrong. I think he means the screening process.
And assuming that is the question being asked, there really is no "Michael Jordan" when it comes to the screening process. There are too many variables and it all really comes down to the type of print or the look that the printer is trying to achieve.
Why don't you explain what type of designs you want to print, what you want them to look and feel like, and what your definition of a quality print, or "the best possible print is"... that will make it easier for us to tell you what to look for when considering print methods and options.
