Default What Printer Should I Buy?

Some suggested the Epson C88+, but is that the best printer out there? I know it's based on how much output is being produced, so what if i am producing 100 shirts a week? Budget is 300-400. I'm trying to look for high end quality at a low price. If you could help me out i'd appreciate it. Thanks guys.
