Need to Register?

Hello,

I am new to the forums and relatively new to screen printing.

We are looking at printing on some 100% polyester jerseys that have a pretty tight fabric weave and dark coloured fabric.

I was wondering if anyone could give some tips or ideas or things to watch out for when printing on these darker coloured polyester jerseys.

We are going to be using low bleed white possibly for a base layer if we have to do colours.

I have looked for possible videos on this but I have not had much luck finding much on polyester fabrics....

I have searched the forums and the net, but any more help would be greatly appreciated.

Low Bleed Ink And Watch Your Heat,poly Can Scortch Easily Under A Flash Or In A Conveyor.prep Your Screens Extra Well,plastisol Doesn't Clean Very Easily Off Polyester.it Either Won't Come Out At All And Bleed All Over Or You Could Destroy The Fabric Trying.good Luck.if Your Careful,its As Easy As Printing Cotton
