Our company is about to invest in a startup screen printing kit and I have watched the videos on some sites that show how the process works. None of them tell you how to get the image from the transparency onto the screen.

Is it magic or some complicated process that they cannot share? Can someone please enlighten me on this process. The rest looks easy enough, but I would like to be more informed before making such a large purchase, thanks!

After you print out your image you have tape it to a coated screen and then put the screen into an exposure unit that applys light to the image and the screen and then afterward you take off your transparency image and then bring the screen to a washout booth and rinse it off with a hose or pressure washer.

This is just the basics...Hope this helps
