Default discharge curing question

hi! i'm using rutland's white discharge, as an underbase, and maxopauqe red on top. I have an 8 ft dryer, and i'm running the shirts anywhere from 360 to 380. However when i stretch my shirts, they are not staying solid, and do not pass the stretch test!. What can i do?

thanks!!

Default Re: discharge curing question

i'm not familiar with rutland's, but the discharge that I used is water based. It requires 2-3 minutes cure time at 300-320 degrees. I think that the most important part of curing water based is the time... maybe try slowing down the conveyor to allow more time for all the water to evaporate from the ink (if it is is fact water based)
