I'm very familiar with photoshop and illustrator and need to learn how to create color seperations for 2 to 6 color designs for silkscreening. Can any one be of help I would greatly appreciate any help or advise. If you know any links or websites that would help that would also be great.

Thank you Greatly,

I wish I could tell you how, as it's something I need to learn myself. If you do a forum search I bet you'll find some great threads on the subject right here on this site. That's what I'm planning on doing, but I'm just starting out with screenprinting. Good luck!

If you search for the user "Ryonet" on youtube, he has a nice series of videos on color separating (page 4 of his videos). He does one simple "USA" design, but the Bart Simpson design is a more complex separation.

Wow thanks Aaron, I've been watching alot of Ryonet's videos today actually, but I hadn't made it to those yet. I'll check them out...

Gabriel, you'll want to too, if they are as detailed as their others, you'll learn alot.

He makes it look easier than it is, lol - takes some practice to get it right, I'm still figuring it out.
