Default Same spots in screens, will NEVER accept emulsion.....

Okivere-emulsioned this screen about four times in the last week.
I degrease it TWICE everytime.
After the emulsion is dried, i check, and there are three or four spots about the size of a pencil eraser, that will not let the emulsion sit on it. The rest of the screen is fine, but these spots, seem to act like water and oil!
Thanks for the help guys, and gals.

Hi Andrew.
I would recomend you use a deghoster/haze remover.
It sounds like you have some thing on the mesh that degreaser is not strong enough to handle.
After you have used these products you dont need to degrease before coating with emulsion. They act as a degreaser.
Phil

I agree. Also. Not sure how you reclaim your screens but a good pressure washer will a lot of the times do the trick as well. If you already have a pressure washer you def need the dehazer. Great to have a gallon in stock for those stubborn stains and clogs.
