I use, and at time misuse, "Iron All" It is for lights and it is great on tees. You can iron on it and no worry about damage at all. I press shirts after I place design on them. Try that with a regular hot peel and you will be replacing that shirt. There are some quirks about the paper. Call them (New Milford and order their sample pack.
