I am ready to make my first print (screen is being made as we speak). It is a simple text design.

My questions is what brand ink should I use. I went to the local screen printing shop in downtown L.A. and they had a couple of brands: Permaset Aqua; Nazdar; International Plastics.

The local Art Store has Speedball Ink.

Which one is most ideal and pratical? I am printing a simple text desing on American Apparel white tees.

What kind of equipment do you have? Are you looking for a waterbased or plastisol ink?

Permaset is pretty good.
