My question is about plastisol vs. water based ink. How do you dispose of plastisol? Is it a more "professional" ink to use than water based? Does it work better on dark shirts? Do you have to ever do a couple layers of a single color? Is it easy to clean? OH and most importantly, how do I cure it, oven or flash dryer?

Please help on these questions?

Cure it and dispose of it as solid waste.

Both ink types provide professional results.

Better is relative (it has positive and negative properties), but it's more opaque - so mostly yes.

Preferably a conveyor oven, but some people use a flash until they can afford one.
