Unhappy Trouble with transfers

Hi - fairly new to this. I am having problems with transfers that I am making.

I am screen printing with pastisol ink on to transfer paper. - cured for 11 seconds then then heated pressed at 180 degrees for 15 seconds on to garments. Second press for a further 15 seconds. They look great. I wash test them and they come out wrinkled - like knackered leather.

what am I doing wrong?

Les

Assuming that's 180 degrees celsius, 355 fahrenheit - correct?

Are the shirts pre-shrunk, or are they being stretched onto the press?

Hi lou

Yes - 180 degrees celsius. They are new shirts but previously washed and now used as tester.

Any ideas?

Are the blanks advertised as "pre-shrunk?"

If you press on the shirts again (now that they've been washed and dried,) do the prints pucker up?

*edit: I'm not Lou -- the quote in my sig is from Lou, a member here. :P
