Default About doing more than 1 color

Ok, this question might sound stupid, but I'm a newbie and have only been screen printing in one color. My question is that I'm about to get a 4 color 1 station screen printer, and I'm not sure how to do more than one color. Can anyone explain this to me? I think I get the idea, you lay down one color and then you lay down another where it's supposed to be placed, but how do you line it all up with multiple screens? I'm really confused on this.

The easy way is to load one screen, print that layer, then put in the next screen in the next hinge area, line it up off the print, and so on.

How do you burn the screens where the placement is lined up for each one?

Register the positive to the platen and register each screen off that.
