I'm not sure what is going on,but for some reason I can not reclaim my screen. I have reclaimed stuff on these screen several times with the same emulsion, reclaimer, and even brush with the same exposure time aswell but for some reason the image or the emulsion wont come all the out. I had to start to use my finger nail on one to get it to come off until I ripped the screen.

I printed on it with speedball acylic ink. I am using reclaimer and just tryed a really powerful hose.

Normally after using the reclaimer it just washes right off. The emulsion is about 3 weeks old if that makes a difference.

which part of the screen is not washing out? The acrylic speedball ink, or the emulsion?

Try degreasing the screen first, then try the remover. I have found this works on tough screens for us.
