Default Creating plastisol transfers

So far, we've managed to create one color plastisol heat transfers, using a multi-purpose direct print plastisol ink (union ink ultrasoft). It transfers pretty well, although there's still some room for improvement. The problem we have now, is that we want to try 2 colors, and the issue of (partial) curing raises its ugly head. How can we get the first layer sufficiently gelled as to not affect the second, but as to not over do it? Can anyone give us a few pointers???

sprinkle Unilon 2027 hot melt powder over the wet ink before flash curing this seems to dry up the ink and give a candy coating so you can print another color. You dont want to over cure, you just want enough to be able to print the next color. Then cure the whole print onto the shirt in the heat press.

Union Ink has a great article on how to print transfers using their product.

Hope this helps
