I'm from the Netherlands, but would also like to know where I can find a DTG printing business. Thus far I have only been able to trace a small amount in the US, but none in Holland or even mainland Europe...

If you can't give me direct links, some suggestions on what to Google for would also be very helpful. For example "DTG Printing Nederland" only really finds this thread.
