Default proper registration for a simulated

Hi, Good Evening . Well i just begun my registration for a simulated process /6 colors. Well my question is what is the proper registration process to align all the screens, for the printing to begin. What i tried wasaligning the underbase with the transparency, then aligning the red transperencie with the underbase transperncie and then the red screen with that ransperncie. Is thiis correct. My registration marks couls not burn on to the screen since there the crappy ones that photoshop made. What do u guys recomend i should do? Thnaks

Without registration marks.....reprint films with registration marks and use one film to register all the screens.
