Default Fuzzies

I'm in the process of making t-shirts/Hoodies for our local swim team, we are using red t-shirts, with plastisol graphic design, is there a way to keep the fuzzies from the shirt coming through the white in the decal, for the white looks like the red is trying to come through. Should I wash the t-shirt first? or what can I do?

Thanks for your help
Nuk

don't print so hard when printing the white and you may need to print flash print. Also check your off contact. It will need to change when printing the hoodies as the material is a lot thicker than the T.
