What kind of ink are you using and what color?

Most likely the print is curing properly. How are you curing?

+1. Probably not curing fully, all the way through the thickness of the ink.

You need to make sure the ink on the shirt get up to 320. Do you have temp gun to find out how hot the ink is getting on the shirt?

undercuring for sure. Might need to bump up your temp up a little more say 380 and lower the belt speed a little.

The more shirts on the belt in the heat chamber will soak up the heat thus needing longer time in the dryer. More than likely your using heat panels in the dryer so forced air is not there,. Just need a little longer dwell time in the heat
