Default Differnece between Fluorescents and Neon?

Hi All,
I got an order that requires a bright color for safety.

I was looking at 2 different types of ink that have the color I need and I am not sure what the difference is...Fluorescent and Neon.

Whats the diff??

Fluorescents is typically a term for a black light activated color, where neon is a term in this context is a color which would look bright. Unless black light is involved, neon is probably what you are looking for.
