Angry Custom Exposure Unit not working

Me and my partner built an exposure unit out of wood and used a plexiglass as the top. The dimensions are 22"x40"x12" and the unit has 4 light fixtures at 36" long and burning at 30,000W I think. The distance from the top to the light is about 7-8". Now, what the hell is going wrong that I'm not doing or over doing? The emulsion we're using is Chromablue, the silk screen is coated on both sides and we did 8min, 20min, 30min, and 1 hour exposure times. Is there something that I'm not doing right? Please help! If you want pics of it, give me email and I will gladly email you the pictures. Mahalo!
