Angry technical emulsion question

I just change supplier for my emulsion, and i keep having problem with my new emulsion. When I unmask everything is find but the water that stays on the rest of the emulsion gets wet and sort of melt down. Is it because of my emulsion or my exposure time or I have coated my frames with to much emulsion...

Not sure what you mean when you say 'unmask'.

If you are having problems with all the emulsion fallling out when you are washing out the image, than you may not be getting enough exposure time. (UV A)
It could be not enough time or the wrong kind of light.

Can you give us a little more info to work with?

perhaps you need a little more time exposing your screen with the new emulsion.
better yet, make sure that you have mixed the emulsion properly.

the stencil area comes out perfectly and the edge are well done but the water that stays on my screen goes sliding down the masked area and my emulsion becomes all mudy.

Sounds like the remaining emulsion did not get enough exposure time.

I would also get the screen dry as soon as you are done washing out the image. Pat it dry and put it in front of a fan or take it outside and set it in the sun.
