Hey there. Ive been asked to print a full colour image, with four colours. Now, im wondering if anyone has any tips to make this possible with illustrator. Ive separated the image in photoshop cs, but the printing method it has been separated for is cymk. im not sure if plastisol inks would be able to print with the intent of , "adding up" to create other colours. i.e if you layered two colours, to create a smooth transition.
Ive considered using a Halftone type of separation..... to create a false "Fade" effect.

I use Corel myself, so I don't want to give you bad info. What I could tell you is that you should check the forum at screenprinters.net they have covered this topic hundreds of times. You'll find exactly what you're looking for. Hope that helps.
