Default Emulsion won't wash out

The last couple of screens I've washed have had emulsion sticking to it and it won't wash off. I don't think it's getting burned on or anything like that because my exposure time is perfect for washing the emulsion off, but when I reclaim my screen is when I can't get the emulsion off in little spots. Any suggestions?

Thanks
-Travis

What are you doing to reclaim the screen? Emulsion remover? Power sprayer?

If you are using a garden hose, you may need to switch to a pressure washer. Also, you should be using emulsion remover if you aren't already.

Really scrub the screen down on both sides (with emulsion remover) and let it sit for a little bit and then use a pressure washer to rinse it out. I've never had any problems.

you might check out all the previous posts on emulsion and reclaiming. Many possibilities.

What chems are you using?
Did you let the emulsion remover dry on the mesh?
What emulsion are you using?

Cool, I'll try all of these methods; I do use a garden hose and I never had any problems before. Thanks
