I have just discovered the value of outsourcing, but all the screenprinters I have checked are charging $4.75 for a one color print on a white Gildan shirt (even if I order 1000 of them). Are there any really inexpensive American printers? Or, (preferably), are there any overseas T-Shirt manufacturers and printers that I can use? I've used Google but I can't find any of them.

How many screen printers did you check?

I don't know of any screen printer charging $4.75 for 1000 white Gildans with a one color print.

Just looking at CustomInk for instance, it was less than $4 for 1000 gildans with a one color image. Shopping around, I'm sure you could find less expensive pricing for that quantity.

You may want to check with alibaba.com. That's where you can source international manufacturers.

overseas charge 0.50 cents for 1 color print . I know many overseas printer but in bulk .
