Default Equipment to make Plastisol Transfers? Which companies

IF I wanted my own plastisol transfer equipment to make my own transfers, what would be some good companies to take a look at?

Plastisol transfers are screen printed. So basically you would need a full screen printing setup (and then lean the ins and outs of screen printing to figure out how to do it right).

If you are just printing for yourself and buying the screen printing equipment, you might as well just skip the paper part and just print directly on the t-shirt.

Here's a quick tutorial on how to print them once you have the equipment: How to Make your own Plastisol Transfers

You can buy the papers, inks and glue crystals from Ace transfer company.

So does anyone know what the best way to gel the ink? Also, how thick should the ink be on the paper?
