How do brands like Ed Hardy..and other brands like Drifter screen shirts..and make them come out sooo smooth? It is almost like the ink is bled into the shirt.. Ed Hardy shirts are all 100 percent cotton? There is not feeling of ink over the shirt? Totally smooth and totally subtle...

any input?

It could be discharge screen printing or water based ink screen printing.
