I am not sure if i made a boo-boo, when i coat the screens i use a yellow safe light as i coat, the night before i coated a few screens and then i left out and left the screen exposed to the yellow light although the room was dark besides the yellow light does anyone think i'm gonna have a problem washing out the image

I believe yellow "safe" light still puts out a tiny bit of UV light. It really depends, no one will know unless you go ahead and try it.

Just test a screen and burn a design. If you get a burn they should be ok. If its tough to burn reclaim them and start over.

what type of emulsion are you using?

This has been discussed in many threads.

help: Safe-Light for Applying Emulsion

Search this forum for "safe light", or "yellow safe light".

Is It Safe?

I test to see if a room is 'safe' I sacrifice an old coated screen, or just coat a little bit of a bit of the mesh and then leave it out in the room I'm testing. I put a coin on the stencil at intervals - One a day, every 3 days, etc.

When I get bored with the test, I wash out the stencil. Areas that were only recently covered, that don't wash out easily, were effected by the ambient light and some crosslinking held it in the mesh.

Beware of 'Little Helpers' that will scoop up the coins when the test is half done and return the coins you forgot.
