Best way to print this image. Im new to screenprinting so bare with me. I want to screen the image below in one color. I have the newbie setup, 1 color press, flash dryer, etc. My question is, will this image print on the shirt the way it looks on the pc.
I'll be using a 110mesh screen and Im sure most you will tell me to get a higher mesh screen(hopefully not). Im mostly concerned with the details in the microphone and in other areas. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Best way to print this image. Yup, a higher mesh screen will let you get finer details.

Re: Best way to print this image. What about the dollars? Will the shading/fading of colors look that way when I print it?

Re: Best way to print this image. I'd probably print that with a 280 mesh. That will allow you to use 50 lpi halftones or even 55 lpi. That should produces pretty nice results.
You'll be pretty disappointed if you try to print that with a 110 mesh.

Re: Best way to print this image. I doubt it. 110 is very coarse.

Re: Best way to print this image. Great, I'll get a higher mesh and do some searching on halftones. Im using PS for all my graphics so Im sure it does halftones.
Thanks a bunch.

Re: Best way to print this image. If you dont have a postscript printer or rip program you will need to make the halftone pattern in PS before printing. You might think about converting the money rolls into a B&W image like the rest of the design. Will probaly fit the design better IMO as it looks a lil funk with the tiny bit of greyscale with all the B&W. just my 0.02

Re: Best way to print this image. great reply.
What do I need to do to the greyscale pics to get them black and white like everything else?
