Default safe light to use

hi.

here i go again with my question. hope you guys wont get stressed out replying.

i just wanna ask if it's safe to mix emulsion and sensitizer in a room lighted by a flourecent lamp (the rectangular one). i also coat my screen in this room.

but im drying it in a dark room with the stand fan on.

is my process okay? thanks

or, what's the safest light to use while preparing the emulsion and coating it on the screen. if you also have other suggestions on how to dry my emulsion, i'd appreciate it.

I would not use anything but a yellow "bug safe" light that you can find at Home Depot or almost any hardware store. That is what I have been using these past couple of weeks with no problems.
