Default two color shirt w/ one color press?

has any one out there tried doing a two color shirt on a one color press? If yes, what was the process you used and what were the results.

I had, but the designs had no critical registration. They were two different items with different colors.

It's possible, in the sense that anything is possible. It would be too hard to keep the colors in registration as you would have to change out your screens on every shirt. At best it would be time consuming and less than perfect. I would sub it out.

Not wise. If its one shirt maybe but an actual order I would listen to ken and sub it out. Too much room for error

I know I am a new guy here but I would say it is doable but hard. You would have to design your image well so the registration could be off a tad but still in tolerance to what you are trying to do

It would depend on the design as well. If the colours do not touch or overlap you could have two different colours on one screen, dividing the areas with a strip of wood. I've done that a few times just to save a screen.
