 Price Quotes for screenprinting and looking for local screenprinter
I live in MA and screenprinting is a new thing for me. I mainly do heat transfers and rhinestone transfers. I am involved in getting a price for the local Midget football league. They want between 200-250 sport grey Gildan Ultra Cotton heavyweight tees. That is what they had last year. Not sure how many youth sizes or adult sizes. I asked them to find out what they ordered last year if it were all adult sizes and the young kids just wore the small adult??
It is front side and back side one color (navy) Name of the Town (arched) with XXL in the middle and FOOTBALL under that, then on the back they want

I have accts with Bodek & Rhodes and others that I can buy the shirts outright. I have gotten $1.54 as the best price for the grey and I will pick up from there (Save on s/h) I went to one screenprinter nearby that I could find and they quoted me $1.80 per shirt with a $40 set up fee. Could anyone give me advice on the average price they would charge? I haven't gone around to others yet but a head up would be great! I would like to stay local. If anyone lives in Massachusetts area and could give me a good price, please get back to me asap.
Oh, also...I quoted the job for me to the league at $6 a shirt. Does that sound right? Then they can charge $12 per shirt or $15 what would you recommend?
