Smile emulsion problems

We use a atlas 5 way light table with new bulbs and Inktek DC emulsion. We have been using this same combination for several years. We strip the screens with IC chemicals. For the last several months, we have been having problems with the emulsion not coming off in small spots. If I am not really careful, the screen get recoated and burned again and the spot do not rinse out. I have to talked to a rep from IC and the emulsion company. No help there. Any ideas? Maybe not getting burned long enough? Thanks in advanace.

Default Re: emulsion problems

You might need to get a caustic haze remover. Scrub real well and pound out with a pressure washer. Just sounds like it is excessive buildup over a long period of time. (old frames)
