Default Waterbased ink printers?

Care to explain your curing techniques?
I know a tunnel dryer is the best way to go, but if one only has a flash unit and heat press to work with.

Default Re: Waterbased ink printers?

If that's all you have, try some heat strips or a temp gun to measure the temp of the ink under the flash. Raise the flash up so that the heat is not as intense and the ink can cure more slowly, (evaporate all the water) and the ink can bond to the shirt.
What is the cure time of water-based ink? One minute at 320 degrees? What ever it is, that is the heat and time you should go for under the flash. I've seen some temp guns on e-bay for a fairly good price. Buy one, you'll not regret it.
