Default results with block printing

What kind of results have people had with block printing- durability most importantly!

Ordered silkscreen fabric ink (am using one color) from Dharma and will cut a linoleum block. Am contemplating scruffing up the shirt a bit and pounding the heck out of the block to get the paint in!

Don't want to invest much at this point but still want a lasting print. (only a sledge hammer if recommended...)

Also- do I advertise as a "hand painted" T? Thanks, gael

I haven't tried it, sorry, so no advice there.

While I haven't tried block printing, that shouldn't be necessary. A good layer of ink sitting on top of the shirt should be enough to do the trick.

Hand printed, yes, but not hand painted.
