what is the differance between screen printing and all the others? cause im looking for a machine to print t shirts but i want to know the differance and what are some sites for soem examples?

If you want a machine to print t-shirts for you, you're not looking at screenprinting.

Screen printing is done with screens, inks, and a printing press.
Vinyl transfers are done by cutting vinyl and apply it using a heat press.
Inkjet transfers are done by printing an image on paper and applying it using a heat press.
Plastisol transfers are ordered and then heat pressed onto a shirt.
