Default Flash Cure unit amp question

I recently purchased a 20 amp flash cure unit from Ranar. I took it home not realizing my outlets are 15 amps. The probably is I'm in an apartment running it out of my garage so I doubt I can mess with the wiring. Is there any quick fix to get this thing to work or any other 15 amp flash curing units?

Change the Breaker that services your garage to 20 or more amps... Seeing as its NOT your building I would Hire someone for this simple job.. To protect yourself from any liability...

That would be a very un-wise thing to do, the wires in the wall are rated for different electrical load a 15 amp circuit is wired differently then a 20 amp circuit. worse case scenario you'll burn down you apartment building best case you will probably melt your wires. I would find another way to do it.
