i use the screen printing, manually and design myself i need help because the only way i do my designs are by stencil and they come out good because ive mad a lot of designs. I use different templates as in i use laminating paper for the stencil because i can wash it off and use the stencil again, but i want to kno if there is a easier way but as simple as the stencil method. i want to do the emulsion method but i dont have space for that now and i need help toward this. After im done passing the squeegee i lift the screen up and i wash out the board and the stencil. Then i let the shirt dry, then i iron it for about 2or 3 minutes but sometimes it still cracks. I need help if anybody can answer my questions.

I think your way is the best. You can use vinyl yet your limited to the amount of detail you can do.

what is vinyl? how do you do your silk screening on the shirt? do you use the screen filler method? once again thanks for the help

Some use a vinyl cutter to cut the design/stencil and adhere to a screen and print normally. If your not set up with a vinyl cutter I wouldn't think about it. Until you can get set up using cap film or emulsion I would stay the way you are as it seems to be working just fine

i think the easiest method to me is using the emulsion. using the stencil for me is quite messy and it limit my design. fyi, the emulsion that i use can be washout once i finish printing.

can you explain to me the emulsion way, i dont like limiting my designs i want more..thanks alot.
