Default Type of ScreenPrint

was wondering if any of you guys knew what type of screenprint bape, crooks & castles and 10 Deep use. I know the reason for the quality of bape is the preshrunk tees they use but the color quality of there print is nice as well as crooks and 10 Deep print. Also want to know whats the best quality of tee shirt I can use for screen printing that gives a perfect fit and lasts? Im thinking American Apparel???

Bape has hundreds of different designs, so it is very hard to answer your questions. Their collar and placket shirts are printed on roll fabric before they are cut and sewn. Many are printed with plastisol ink, but there is no reason they couldn't be printed tomorrow with water based inks.

Pre-shrunk t-shirts have been an industry standard since the 1980's. I don't know of any situation that would improve print quality because the shirt was pre-shrunk.

There must be more to your question about the "perfect fit" t-shirt. Unless you are dressing fashion models where it is assumed they all come in the same usual size, a perfect fit for Danny DeVito and Governor Schwarzenegger requires a tailor.

I assume you are trying to solve a specific problem that is hard to grasp based on your questions. If you asked what is the perfect TV, I would answer, "the US$8,000 Pioneer Elite 1080p Pro-FHD1" what would the odds be that that is the answer you were looking for?

What's your real problem?

Yea I understand what your saying. When I say perfect fit I mean shirts that use superior fabric and would fit like a urban/skate brand and not like sean john and shows well with screenprint? The only t-shirts that I have seen that kind of show the stlye of shirt Im talking about is American Apparel.

Is plastisol the best type of ink to use? I just want my colors and designs on the t-shirts I use to show up good and very fresh looking.
