Default What process would result in this??

As a new member of the t-shirt business, I have been trying to find out how this t-shirt of mine was printed. The area i am referring to is the inside of the tshirt, is this normal screen printing?? Did they bleech the area in which they were planning on printing on so the colours would be more vibrant on the dark shirt? Is this standard procedure If i were to order tshirts that were to be screen printed?

Is the print really soft to the touch? If so, It was probably printed using discharge ink. If not, they pressed a lot of ink right through the shirt. The fabric also appears to have been printed before it was cut and sewn.

yes the print is very soft to touch, as if there is nothing on there at all. yes the shirt was printed before being cut and sewn. so discharge ink is what is used to get this soft to touch feel, thanks for your help ken
