You're going to have to be a lot more specific about that.
Are you asking about paper for art prints? Release paper for transfers? Film positives for exposure? Or something else? (the answer to the first is no, the second two is yes)
You will also want to buy the book, How to Print T-SHirts for Fun and Profit. It will answer many of the basic questions you have about the many aspects of screen printing and what materials you need.
Thank you, as far as the paper goes i think it is transparernt paper to transfer the design from what i have created to the tee shirt, am I correct?
You sure you're not thinking of heat transfers? The film transfers the design to the screen (to print from there), not the t-shirt. Whereas with heat transfers you print onto paper and attach that directly to the shirt.
If you're trying to expose a screen, you can use transparency film (like in an overhead projector), but it's not ideal. The easiest thing is just to go to any supplier and ask for either inkjet film or laser film (depending on what you're using) - they all stock it, and they'll stock something appropriate for use.

Thank you so much, I am trying to get together all the supplies that are needed for me to my first silkscreening project. And I wanted to know what type paper/film was needed to transfer the design from the screen to the teeshirt
