What size, type, or brand of conveyor belt oven should I buy?
Hi everyone,
I'm moving into a 2000 square foot space soon, which is exciting. I use a flash cure to heat set all shirts at the end of the printing day, and it takes so long that I feel like I should get an oven as soon as I have the new space. I have some questions that I hope you guys can answer;
What size should I get? 6.5 foot or 8 foot? I will be doing (hopefully between 100 and 500 shirts a day)
Are only large ovens gas? a 6 to 8 foot electric one is adequate, yes? for my needs.
If i do multiple print locations, a pass through will cure it all, right? front, back, sleeves, whatever, all at one time.
Do I need to vent it to the outside? I do water-based printing...
Recommend a brand? I bought a CAPS press and like it so i might go with them for this.
I would love to hear your opinions. Thanks in advance.

get the biggest one you can get with your money. The more heat chamber the faster you can run the belt in theory as long as everything is working properly.
You do not need to vent the dryer yet I believe it is a good idea. not necessary though. Seems dryers usually add around 5 to 10 degrees to your shop, venting will help.
